Who handles your data
Exclivia is responsible for processing the personal data you give us when signing up and using the platform, under Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
What we store
Your name, username, email, mobile, date of birth, gender, city and, if you allow it, your approximate location. We also store your profile photo if you upload one, and a record of the offers you redeem.
What we use it for
To create and look after your account, show you only offers you can use in your city, tell you when something you care about becomes available, and confirm your identity to the business at redemption time.
What the business sees
When you redeem an offer, the business sees your name and photo to confirm the pass is yours. We do not give them your email, your mobile or your redemption history elsewhere.
Your location
Sharing it is optional and it is used to sort offers by proximity. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties, and you can turn it off from your device at any time.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. If you close it, we delete your personal data and keep only the minimum the law requires to back up transactions already made.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, cancel or object to the use of your data. Write to us and we will respond within the timeframes set by law.
Security
Your data travels encrypted, your password is never stored in plain text, and access to the information is limited to whoever genuinely needs it to run the platform.
If any of this is unclear, write to us and we will explain it plainly.
