Terms and conditions

What Exclivia is
Exclivia is a platform where verified businesses publish offers, bookings and events for registered members. Exclivia connects both sides: it is not the one providing the service or selling the product.
Your account
To use the platform you need an account with real details. You are responsible for whatever happens from it, so do not share your password. If we detect false data or misuse, we may suspend it.
Offers belong to the business
Each offer is defined by the business: its price, conditions, dates and how many spots exist. We verify that the business is real and the offer is live, but the business is who serves you and answers for the service.
Redemption
Perks are redeemed by showing your digital pass at the business. A pass is personal and non-transferable, and stops working when it expires or the spots run out.
What is not allowed
Reselling passes, creating fake accounts, automating redemption or using the platform for anything illegal. Any of those cancels the account with no refund.
Changes
We may change these terms as the platform changes. If a change is significant we will tell you before it applies, and you will see the new version next time you sign in.
Liability
We do what is reasonable to keep the service available and the information accurate, but we cannot guarantee there will never be a failure. Our liability is limited to what you have paid for the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be settled before the competent courts of Mexico City.
If any of this is unclear, write to us and we will explain it plainly.
